I have one ext. that says it has 4 new messages and when you hit 2 to get messages it syas no messages. The messages show up in the VM folder under his extension. How do I make the system recognize that there are messages there? I have stop and started services and rebooted the entire server...

I have a 500 runinng 5.0 with VMPro and the customer has long distance codes that they have to use and I want to setup speed dials that include the long distance code. How do I get the system to wait 3 seconds for the long distance tone to come on before it dials the long distance code?

I'm having issues where the VM server just stops. When I check the services they have been stopped. Has anyone else seen any of these issues?

When someone using the main console transfer a call to voicemail, that persons voicemail calls back on the 2nd or 3rd call appereance. How do I stop this from happening?
