    Nortel option 81c, analog w/ MWL wont light ,light see msg

    Hi all, Option 81c has had Lightning issues in the past!!! Problem: a certain shelf has analog w/ MW line cards that wont light the light on a 500 ser. telephone card works fine other than that. the card will work fine on other shelf, is this a bad shelf, ring gen power supply? Thanks..jk
