Problem between COS and ACD Feature Access Code
Hi, I'm trying to restrict people from logging in and out manually on a specific station. I have configured that station with a COS 0 which has everything restricted however the ACD feature access codes still work, the other FACs do not. ACD Split Multiple Call Handling
