    Add New Group to Avaya 9611 phone in system file

    I would like to add another group to our system file that can allow buttons on the first page of a 9611 phone. I know you have to create a group script, but unsure where to find the (buttons on the first page) scripting. Call center would be group 1 and everyone else group 0.

    Can a 9611 auto call a specific number once the receiver is lifted? This is one thing I have not done.

    I have a bunch of phones that failed then came back with LOGOUT on the main screen with a bullet next to it. Nothing seams to remove this from the display. Has anyone seen this and does anyone know how to change the display. Currently the display is set at 1/2 display but it doesn't go away...

    I have a 5.2.1 and I have downloaded central management but I am unsure where this program is to be installed. Is there any documentation or has someone installed and are using this product in conjunction with one-X. I'm really not getting any answers with the documentation I have found.

    Upgrade to 5.2.1

    having trouble trouble figuring this process out. I am trying to upgrade a s8300 server on a 350 gateway to 5.2.1 What is the easiest way or where can i find documentation. I'm using tftp2000 and i can connect, nothing is really making any sense.

    Caller Info Button

    I have a 5.0 switch and a gateway hanging off which they are using IP agent on a 9630 phone. They wnt to use the caller info button and the Vector is programed. When I use Vu-stats I can't use the button to retrieve the info. Is there a better way to get caller info to the agents??

    Can a NON- lsp gateway do a trunk to trunk transfer. I have a 350 non- lsp gateway that canot do a TTT transfer. Phone are set with the proper COS. System Features are "restricted" switch is a 5.0. What am I missing.

    Audix ringing Problem.

    Has anyone heard of this. I have a station in a vector routing step: route-to number XXX with Cove Y in unconditional. When the call covers to VM the entire message has a ring back going on. It's like the number doesn't disconnect after ringing the VM. Also when the user dials their DID.

    I have to power down and remove a g700 gateway that is connected to a 5.0 switch. I have to disable the announcments boards, but what else do i have to do so the gateway does not alarm?

    9630 Phones need to hook up to 3.1 Switch

    I have a 3.1 switch and would like to hook up 9630 phones to it. I have 4620's hooked up but the switch won't recogonize 9630. Is there a software patch I need to download, or am I barking up the wrong tree.

    I have 5.0 switch and CMS 14. is there a report that would show call volume on a group of stations?? I have 72 stations in 3 T-1's and I would like to see the volume over the three T's. Thanks

    I have a 8730 running 5.0 and have a question on Caller ID. Can it be set up so if an agent places a call to different numbers they can choose different ani to send? If this is possible how would you set that up?
