I would like to add another group to our system file that can allow buttons on the first page of a 9611 phone. I know you have to create a group script, but unsure where to find the (buttons on the first page) scripting. Call center would be group 1 and everyone else group 0.
I have a bunch of phones that failed then came back with LOGOUT on the main screen with a bullet next to it. Nothing seams to remove this from the display. Has anyone seen this and does anyone know how to change the display. Currently the display is set at 1/2 display but it doesn't go away...
I have a 5.2.1 and I have downloaded central management but I am unsure where this program is to be installed. Is there any documentation or has someone installed and are using this product in conjunction with one-X. I'm really not getting any answers with the documentation I have found.

I have a 5.0 switch and a gateway hanging off which they are using IP agent on a 9630 phone. They wnt to use the caller info button and the Vector is programed. When I use Vu-stats I can't use the button to retrieve the info. Is there a better way to get caller info to the agents??

Can a NON- lsp gateway do a trunk to trunk transfer. I have a 350 non- lsp gateway that canot do a TTT transfer. Phone are set with the proper COS. System Features are "restricted" switch is a 5.0. What am I missing.
Has anyone heard of this. I have a station in a vector routing step:

covers to VM the entire message has a ring back going on. It's like the
number doesn't disconnect after ringing the VM. Also when the user dials their DID.

I have a 8730 running 5.0 and have a question on Caller ID. Can it be set up so if an agent places a call to different numbers they can choose different ani to send? If this is possible how would you set that up?
