I have a new IP500V2 with about 100 9650s and a PRI. Everything is working fine except the softconsole is showing some calls that are answered show up in the missed calls section of the call log.
The calls come into a huntgroup with only one member and it is set to collective call waiting...
I would like to swap a 9650 so tried to log the new one in and get the message "login failed". I don't have passwords set up so I don't know if that is a problem but I know I am at least not getting the password wrong. Do I need to find the old phone plug it back in and log it out?

I have a SCN with 9 sites and every now and then one of the sites will not be able to be reached by extension even though the IP calls still work and the site that can not be reached can still cal the other sites.
