Thanks in advance. I have a CS100M MG 4.5. Call flow looks like this: incoming DID call to ACD NCFW to CP; CP transfers to 6604 (NIT1) which is steered across PRI (ISIG) to Amtelco and operator; operator transfer to ACD NCFW to CP; CP transfer to 2616 or 3904. At arrival of the call it can not...
I have CS1000e (rel 4.5) with the following issue: intermittently, when they dial local (10 digit plan), they get dead air... don't hear a reorder and the digits they continue to dial are not displayed. An occassional and explainable reorder sometimes occurs... ten phones sharing two analog (GS)...
This a server swap - System is MGC with CPPM call server and signaling server at 5.5. This is a Co-resident CCMS/CCMA (so license and utility server installed - no replication). Call Pilot is 4.0. I will be taking out the SCCS server and replacing with the 'new' CC6 server. The call server...

I am setting up 2 queues in a 11C running Suc 3.0 and removing MCR keys. Phones are M2616s, a mix of newer NT2Ks and NT9Ks... both fail, but some phones forward properly. I have swapped with known good phones. They have identical CLS and set up. MARP is correct. DID and non-DID are keys 2 and 3...
We are moving to a new location and I will need to change the IP address on our IVR system. Can anyone tell me the procedure or where to find it. Thanks!
I am implementing (or trying too) i2050 over a VPN connection with the old ITG-P and an old version of i2050 soft phone. Testing without VPN works great (corporate WAN). But, when I VPN in from home(Contivity client)... on an outbound call from the i2050 my speech (can't be heard) is completely...
Anyone heard of this? Anyone know a fix?
Our long distance provider, in this case Verizon... serves 2 of our remote locations (Dallas - Charlotte) with DEX central offices. When they make a call to a phone (the fit in your pocket kind), sometime it takes awhile to find it - might be roaming...
