several times when logging in to the CMS (root login) to perform the ADM backup, I have been given a message "not a valid user"...on two previous occassions, I was able to complete the backup, eventually. If someone can please advise if there is a solution for this issue. Thank you.

It has been an eternity since I have had to reset an IP phone. I do know there is a sequence dialed via the keypad which allows the phone set to be reset. A user has entered the incorrect IP address causing an address conflict. Please adivise. Thanks.

I am aware that there is way to program an Avaya 2420 to be a second primary phone. This second primary looks almost identical to the original primary phone but truly has a different primary extension. Can anyone refresh me on how this is done. It's been awhile.
