Does anyone know if the Telecom Billing portion of TM will work after upgrading to 7.5?

I have a CallPilot 1005r running 5.0 at my Headquarters. I have a remote office which uses the HQ CallPilot to host their voice mail boxes.
Both sites are CS1000e running 5.00.31, and are networked using SIP trunking.
I have NMS on the CallPilot and both CS1000e's. Message...
All of the phones in all of my CS1000 sites (4 Release 4.5, 1 Release 5) are displaying the date as March 1.
The time and date in the PBX is correct in all sites.
Has anyone else seen this?
