Parts for Avaya LX audix system
Does anyone have a good source for refurb parts for an Avaya LX? Evidently the mainboard is fried on one of our remote systems and our vendor is quoting $2500 for the parts. Is it just me or does that sound a little overpriced?- tcAnalyst

Please help
A co-worker and I were recently assigned the task of documenting our Merlin locations. The problem? Neither of us have any experience with this type of system. We'd love to go to a training class but haven't had any luck. The question is: is anyone teaching Merlin-type classes any more?- tcAnalyst
