I am trying to get this set up. When I push the audix-rec button I get a message telling me 1 is not valid. Please re-enter the mailbox.

I have a problem with a cover path.
I am covering first to a call answer group. If no answer then it rolls to a vector.
When calling the vdn directly it works OK.
When 3 is pushed it jumps to step 12.
When 4 is pushed it goes to 7490 but voicemail never answers.

I have a vector set up. When you call the vdn and you press the number for your choice the call never goes to cover. Voice mail never answers.
You can call the ext. direct and it will go to cover.
What is wrong?
What is the command to find all the busied out stations in an AVAYA 8700?
I've looked thru the command list and can't find it.
I know I could do it before we upgraded.
