We have MM w/Avaya Store running version 5.1. We want to allow our helpdesk adminstrators to have access to the web management interface for tasks like password resets / unlocking mailboxes, etc.
Right now, their login to the MSS web interface times out after about 5 minutes of inactivity...
Hello. We have an Avaya MM with the Avaya Message Store at version 5.1.
When our administrators delete a mailbox, the system will allow this even if there are active messages.
Is there a configuration setting to NOT allow this or at least prompt with a warning that messages exsist?
