Hi,
Calls on ext. 356 are not forwarding to extension 354. What am I missing here? There is no v-mail assigned to this extension and the calls should be FDN but are not.

I setup an AODN in LD 15. After 12 seconds, calls are forwarding to ext. 567. I setup 567 as a MCR on 4 telephone sets so that it can be answered by multiple people. How can I program ext. 567 to FNA back to the switchboard?

I would like to program extension 209 to forward to ext. 7204 if there’s no answer after three or four rings. This extension does not have voice mail and 7204 does, and there is always someone available to pick up 7204 if the person at 209 is away from thier desk.

I have 40 TN’s identified as unavailable. I would like to remove all of them, but fear they are associated to a controlled application (Symposium, Signaling server, Remote carrier…etc)
Some of the TN's have a satus of IDLE and some are DSBL.
Can I assume the DSBL TN's can be deleted?
