    BCM 400 - CDR client RDP issue

    When I invoke the CDR client on my desktop to connect to our BCM 3.7 via IP address or DNS name as listed in the manual I get and error: Unable to establish event connection: The RPC server is unavaliable. I want to get live data from the PBX as calls are made and recived. Any ideas?
