    Personal key 13 on 5220 dual mode is always lit

    I have a user with a 5220 dual mode phone and the lamp for personal key 13 is always lit. The key is programmed as a standard speed dial, not a BLF/DSS. The phone is connected to an SX-200 ICP running 4.0.3.12 via a Teleworker server. Thanks in advance for any insight! -Bryan
