Does One-X portal care at all what type of phone the user has?
i.e. if I have a 3rd party sip end point as my phone will that affect what features I can use in One-X portal or how it will function for me?

I am trying to configure a Juniper SSG5 to allow multiple VPN phone connections from the same location. Everything works fine with one phone active, as soon as the second phone connects they both stop working correctly.
Has anyone tried to do this with any success?

Is personal directory data saved in the IP Office config file or on the one-x portal database or both? I am in the process of rebuilding a config from scratch to resolve an issue and I see many of the users have very large personal directories created using the data from the system directories...

After we reboot the IP Office 500 the BM32 on the 1616 phones does not work or respond a reboot of the phone is required. Has anyone else experienced this or do we know of a fix for it. I don't see it as that big of an issue but the customer sure wants a fix for it.
