    iDivert/call forward

    I have an end user of a 7925 who wants the ability to forward calls to a different extension without answering the phone. similar to how iDivert forwards callers to voice mail. is this possible? Thanks, Tina

    intermittent Phones are stuck on configuring IP. I have deleted the phones and set them back up and I have also deleted the IP address in the DHCP scope. eventually it will obtain an address. Any ideas? Thanks Tina

    message waiting key

    The message waiting key will not turn on when there is a message. This phone has been in service for years and has worked fine. About a month ago the light stopped working.     call pickup

    we have call manager express at our remote locations. I have setup a call pickup group at one location and it is working fine. I want to set it up at another location and when I push the pickup soft key all I get is a dial tone. Am I missing a step? Thanks for your help.

    phone numbers not displaying in call accounting

    Is there a setting in the CLS to enable the dialed number to show in the call accounting software. right now they all come in as a 710 prefix. Thanks for your help Tina

    Parse error on a 1230 IP phone
