    Calling MerMail from TIE Line not Working

    I have a site in Brazil that is on Cisco Call manager. The site is linked with a TIE line to my Nortel Opt11c in NY. When I call the Meridian Mail over the TIE line, I hear the greating to enter and mailbox, but it does not recognize the tone. Any help on this ? Thank you Frank
