For ex. Currently when I receive a RTN, the message says.
You have a voice message from an unknown caller that called from 1917xxxxxxx.
I would like to add something to this message.

Managed to get this script working, but I'm getting stuck at the SPWD prompt. It just passed it and try's to import the codes.

I have to import about 3000 Auth codes into the PBX. I have these codes in a CSV file. Is there a procomm script that can be used to import all these codes so I don't have to do then one at a time.

I want to get a print out of all extensions that start with 63 that are in use. Simular to a DTN print with just DN, TN, NAME, Etc.
I don't need all the details of the TN.

About once every couple of weeks, Meridian Mail just locks up and I can't get into it at all. The only option is to power it off then back on.
What actions would be recommended in this case.

I have a site in Brazil that is on Cisco Call manager. The site is linked with a TIE line to my Nortel Opt11c in NY. When I call the Meridian Mail over the TIE line, I hear the greating to enter and mailbox, but it does not recognize the tone.
Any help on this ?

I have a range of DID's from 8750 - 8799. If I select the ACOD 4009 I can then dial each number.
How do I setup to pick up the phone, dial 8750 and have it go over ACOD 4009.
