    We have been advised to stay away from 9.1 due to various software bugs. Is this still the case? I noticed there is a 9.1.4.0.137 release, is that any better, or should we just stick with 9.0 for now? Thanks.

    What switch to use on IPO?

    We have a customer that wants an ALL IP phone IP Office system. What data switch would be the best for this application? It needs to have POE, GIG, and support VLANs. The system will have about 65 phones. I know Avaya has the ERS 3500, but I was wondering if it was worth the money. Thanks.

    1 users resetting expansion modules

    I have an IPO user (ext 121) that resets the expansion module they are connected to when they check their voicemail messages. I move the phone to another expansion module and the other expansion module now resets. I have tried swapping out the phone, no luck, anyone ever hear of this?

    Distortion on wav file attachments

    We have a customer with an IPO 8.1.69 using VM Pro. They have voicemail to email setup. Occasionally they get wav file attachments where part of the message is very distorted, making it almost impossible to hear. The same message plays fine through the phone. Anyone ever hear of this? Thanks.

    Tonight we are replacing a bad IPO 412 that was on 5.0 with a brand new unit that is coming up as 3.2. Can we just use the backup from the defective 5.0 412 and upload it to the new 3.2 412? or are there intermediate steps we must take? Thanks.
