Have Mod Msg with about 750 users. random reports from users that are not getting VM msgs left for them for weeks now. Have stop, started, rebooted, shutdown MSG, mas01, mas02, etc numerous times without any change. Any ideas?

Anybody know of a device that can split a t1 ISDN PRI to connect to 2 systems at same time. Therfore the systems are sharing all 23 lines/channels. In essense 1 connection to PBX- CM5/Definity and the other connection to a standby server thru its ISDN T1 connection (such as a reverse 911 system)

replaceing a 8410d with a 2420. Do you have to change the station type before it will allow you to edit/restore label defaults. I have tried to restore/clear all labels in phone just after plugging into 8410 assigned port. Labels will not clear. Or do I have a bad phone. Thanks
Have incoming calls routed to (operator) hunt group to vdn to vector. the hunt group has no memebers. With bcms-vu the hunt group has no "ACD" calls reported. Just shows abandoned calls, flow in /out stats. Is it cause there are no members in the group? THANKS

have 2 definity/s87xx platforms. can not dial some local #s from one or both systems. Temp work around by entering complete # in ars table. ARS seems to be the same in both systems. On one system get carrier recording to redial with a "1". When dial with "1" then get carrier recording saying...
Is there a simple way to setup voicemail to email on Mod Msg 3.1-12.1. (like on the IP Office-it has built in option when listening to vm messages- forward-1st is to email & 2nd is to another mailbox) If a big RTU issue, maybe a method to copy/offload messages to CD for a user?

how do you set up hot dialing on-hook? Just start dialing # on dial pad and phone speaker turns on. Therfore you do not have to pick up handset or turn speaker on first. Definity and S87xx's.... thanks
International calls not completed. All other local, LD, in & out calls good over AT&T ISDN PRI Megacom. AT&T T1 test center gets the call, gets the number dialed, gets the Megacom tag, but does NOT see/receive the "international" tag. Current settings are: The PRI Channels- DIRECTION/Both Ways...
