    Sentinel Login

    We've changed our public IP addresses. What is the login for the Sentinel? I know the password. I've tried Sentinel, Admin, Administrator and Root. I'm stuck at the Audio Codec TPM 200 page and can't change the configuration.

    CR 8.5, error 80047616, reinstall required?

    Error Crystal Reports ActiveX Designer error '80047616' This error appeared all of a sudden on both (load balanced) web servers when we try to runa report. Any ideas? A previous thread is about the same problem.. but no solution posted. thread768-1235036
