Terminal doesn't recognize Epson printer connected to it.
Created printer in Aloha-Maintenance-Hardware-Printers. Connected to order entry Terminal. Terminal does not recognize the printer. EDC out of Balance could not batch! Vers.5.2.8.224
Tried to batch in EDC. Error message said "decline: out of balance". Called Nova. They showed a different amount than mine so they batched on their end. I had to reset EDC and now all credit cards are declined because I am on the wrong batch number. How do I advance the batch number in EDC using...- GirlGolfer
