    How do I purge all information from Micros 3700 DB

    Hi,I am trying to remove all historical sales data, employee info, and any other proprietary information from our micros 3700 system prior to selling it. The "Purge Historical Totals" button does not seem to work...any suggestions? I appreciate your help. Thanks
