We have been having a major problem with our Telephony Manager. It just stops collecting data out of the blue and we have to reset the modem weekly. I would appreciate any help you might offer. Thanks

I have a receptionist answering calls with her I2004 phone and wanting to know the easiest way to transfer the call to someone's v/m on the Meridian Mail. I told her to dial the Express Messaging number, followed by their mailbox number. Does anyone know if there's a better way to do this...
We have been getting bug030 and bug040's for quite a while now. They print out intermittently throughout the day. This is on an Opt 81C w/ 25.40B. I would appreciate any ideas you could provide on this problem. Thanks
