VERITAS 9.1 - Backup failed - invalid directory
The backup job reports "job failed" with the cause being that it cant open directory "...\ME~1.HTM\\\<special characters>ning. I cant locate this directory on the disc being archived, even using DOS. Any idea what the problem could be??? Thanks- jamandwine

VERITAS 9.1 - upgrading
I am trying to upgrade to VBE 11d, however, Symantec cant give me an upgrade but rather i have to purchase the full product. Due to an error on the part of Veritas, they had to give me an upgrade to compensate for the wrong product delivered. Now with the information eg.serial number etc...- jamandwine
