option 61C rls 4.5 when the console calls any ACD phone using ACD DN and the ACD phone hangs up before the console does, phone goes to not ready. Is this the way it works or is there a setting I am overlooking?

I,m new to the octel. All transfers out of the menu mailbox are supervised, even with the option set to no. Is there a global setting for this in the system parameters? And it never rings the phone long enough to follow the forwarding.

Key 0 is the acd key and key 8 & 9 are the users DN's When making calls from their DN's no call record to CDR. Is there a way to activate this. I'm able to activate calls to the ACD But not the personal DN's. This is an option 61c Release 4.5.

OPTION 11 C RLS 25.40 THE EES KEY 9 ON M2250 CONSOLE WILL NOT WORK. IF I RESET CONSOLE IT WILL WORK 1 TIME AND THATS IT.

ON OPTION 11 RLS 25.40B, ACD PHONES WILL NOT GET MESSAGE NOTIFICATION FROM MER MAIL. THESE ARE 3904 SETS. IF I REMOVE ACD KEY 0 AND PUT PRIME DN ON KEY 0 MESSAGE LIGHT WORKS FINE.
