TL;DR version. one extension (only) in a CAG disconnects after 32 seconds of a SIP call. Other four work normally.

Environment is CM R6.1, Session Manager, System Manager, Portwell ASBC...
Customer has IPO 412 R4. After four months of no complaints, they find that when initiating an add-on conference call from the speakerphone, the microphone stops working. If they pick up the handset, works fine. If they press speaker again, the mic goes mute.
