Macola/Progression 7.5.102c, Netware, PSQL2000i We just start to do close for Feb. Sales History process now shows December, Period 13 ???? We already closed year end and closed Jan month. What is the problem/solution? Chris.

We are trying to get into our databases for Macola, and when we go into Control Center and try to register them, it says we do not have enough rights. My Netware login has adminstrator rights. What rights is PSQL looking for? Chris.

Progression 7.5.102c Closing Month There are a couple invoices which had been processed and batched during the month, but when we run the trial balance a couple of the invoice items do not show up with their batch numbers in the report. Others do. Ideas? Thanks, Chris.

Progression 7.5.102c Closing the month When we print the AR Aging report, it lists 2 items which have been invoiced, paid, with zero balance due. Why? We can't figure out why they are on the list. Any ideas? Thanks, Chris.

Macola 7.5 We noticed that during the month closing, the cycle count sheet shows "frozen" qtys/dates. How do we clear this or unset the "frozen" values. Change of accnt people. Not sure why this was ever done. Don't think we ever used the frozen qtys.
