    5550IP console day/night service

    Our 5550IP console has been acting strangly lately. At night when the operator leaves, she puts it on "Night 1" service (icon showing is a moon). Lately when she comes in, the icon has changed to a "sun" indicating day service, but when you call the switchboard, it says "operator absent"...
