I'm sure we all heard here or there different things about how to make changes to an ACD set. Some say you need to out and rebuild the phone, some say you only need to disable the set. I'm wondering if there is a Nortel documentation that defines the procedure of changing an ACD...
We recently upgraded to CS1000M 5.5. and the phone display shows "NORTEL" since the upgrade. Can we remove or change it. I guess it would be system wide if it's possible?

We have a PRI that is sending area code and prefix. We would like to have it blocked. After contacting AT&T, they said they no longer give the option of blocking caller ID on PRIs. We need to block it on the switch. Does anyone know how to do it? Thanks.
We recently installed 4 analog trunks and auto-terminated them on a DN that appears on serveral phones. I ordered caller Id on those trunks. But we don't get caller ID when someone calls? Is it possible to make it work and how.
