    Can't seem to remember what paths to use after recording the alternate language path greeting. I know the main Home path "0" as well as the regular paths (i.e. Path 1, Path 2, Path 3 etc. Please help my mental block.

    MICS 0x32 with 5.0 Software

    Just replaced MICS 0x32 KSU due to system shuttting off and on. I used the existing 5.0 software and sleeve. I just received a call from customer indicating that the system is shutting off and on again. Could the 5.0 software and sleeve be the problem?

    Upgrading from 5.0 to 7.1 with PRI

    I will be upgrading a MICS 0x32 with 5.0 software release to a 7.1 software release. I will be using a 6.0 Upgrade Tool Kit. The system has a PRI. Since the PRI is associated with the old system I.D. will I lose the PRI when I upgrade to 7.1 using the Upgrade Tool Kit?
