    Access historical recording from Contact Store after upgrade to Avaya Call Recorder

    Voicemail type in System Status say "none"

    Hi After a power outage, IP Office (9.1.7) will not sync with the voicemail pro server. I have run the new fw.bat file to be safe. the voicemail pro client logs in and "sees" the IP Office, however, the IP Office will not sync up. Any thoughts are appreciated. Thanks Mike
