I have a 2420 phone when pluged in displays "No applictation firmware" "Phone Features not Avaiable, Definity Denied Download"
I havent seen this before is this a bad phone. It is correctly programmed and was copied from another 2420 phone.

We have recently purchased an Avaya S8700 Switch and are about to meet with several Avaya BP's to choose a Maintenance Service Provider.
Are all the MSP agreements pretty standard? Is there any questions, coverage or extras I should make sure are included in the maintenance?

We have a ARD ring down circuit that was just installed by our CO between 2 of our offices.
Objective: To place a button of this ARD circuit on my company's traders deskphone so they can call remote trader/s at the other office.

We have a G3-V13 and I am adding a new hunt group UCD-MIA, the problem is that only one agent can be logged into the queue.
Any other agent that tries to login gets a fast busy as soon as they enter their agent id and password? Any advice or direction?
