    When running cognos8 reports "Sign On' Pops up.

    Hello! When Users run C8 Reports the sign on pops up for user to select which one. This normally happens when user types in password with upper case when it is lower case. Normally I would delete the sign on that would fix it but some how it does not now. Any one have any idea on this? Help...
