Agent 3905 digital sets go into "not ready" without any user intervention,, the supervisor then looks at the rtd and they see that the agent is in "Not Ready" and the CallsWaiting fall down to 0 and the agent then looks at the phone set and see's the Not ready key has been activated!!

From time to time I have a supervisor inform me that the agent name fields in the real time display read *unknown*. As well as CallsWaiting,Answered,abandoned billboards.... display "Unknown" or "element not available"
Does anybody have an idea as to why this happens?

I installed a new CC6 but when i launch real time reporting via CCMA i am getting
message "check connection to server, or if agents are logged in and try again"
however i can see that agents are logged in from CCMA and the connection to server is up.
I installed latest SUs04.

I have an E1(DTI2) connection between CS1000S and local exchange, channels are getting lockout randomly( example:
CH 28 - LCKO DID" at the same time at pbx output terminal we get "% TRK136 12 28"

however every day i got channels lockout and i have to go

Customers are complaining from low voice on external cot lines(XFCOT aand XUT cards),when they access them from pbx via access codes;
is there anything we can do to amplify the voice amplitude from opt11c? software or hardware?
