    Out-of-Office Assistant with non-outlook users

    Does the Out of Office reply in Outlook 2007 only reply to other outlook users on our exchange server? I thought that it would reply to anyone whether they used outlook or gmail or whatever, but now I think I'm wrong. Thanks for the help, Brandon
