We have 3 small locations (all w/out consoles-using 6400 series phones & expansion modules) and all 3 are international...when we call an unassigned # in those offices, we are getting different things-London will get dead air and Shanghai will hear a recording from the local provider that # is...
EC500 is it set up in my location on CM 2.2 and it works except for when I call into the office, caller ID still shows my cell #. In a location using CM 3.1.1, a person w/EC500 can call from his cell, it shows his office # on the recipient's display. I'm not sure if I'm missing something or if...
Someone calling from outside the Firm to a DID apparently from a cell phone...need to block it. Waiting for Verizon to confirm; but wanted to understand how EC500 or XMobile can accomplish this...looked through older threads and don't understand. Thanks.
We have 3 locations being serviced by the same Audix system. When accessing the main site's main # and going through "dial by name", we are good on 2 of the sites...but the 3rd one only sends the call to the person and not on to their voicemail...instead it sends the call to the guest access #...
Has anyone had any problems w/a CDR link showing as up, but not sending data? Our output file was empty so our network engineer rebooted that several times to no avail. I finally busied out the link and the data started dropping in. We lost a few days of data. It's an S8700 w/CM 3.1.1
I have a location w/an S8500 running CM 2.2. It currently has one IPSI. There are other cabinets with slot one vacant...is it best to leave those slots for possible future IPSIs? Furthermore, I'm having a memory lapse on what the IPSI does...
I have a user who travels between our Atlanta & NY offices frequently. He has an extension in each place along w/voicemail. He does not want 2 voicemail boxes even though he is forwarding his calls. He also wants a light in both places for that one box. I didn't think this could be done, but...
thread690-1183465 - nothing in this thread helps me...but the problem is similar. All settings are configured but when I activate ec500, and test call that station, only that station rings - nothing happens on the cell. Trace does have any attempt towards the cell phone. Thoughts?
I am sending calls across an IP trunk and leaving voicemail messages on the other end...my name & extension are showing on their caller ID, but not in voicemail...treats it as an outside call. What could be causing the info to drop?
I was having trouble with an install...manually entered an IP address and now the phone will only go as far as the above error...I cannot get it to respond to anything. Thoughts? How can I force it to reset? All other attempts have failed. Mute 73738# and Mute 2337#. The port was not...
We use the crisis alert feature in all offices. We recently added an LSP in location off of our headquarters...that LSP has tenant partitioning set up. Is there a way to get crisis alert to stay at that location? When used, it notifies all responders at headquarters.

I have set up IP trunking between 2 locations - works great, passes name & number. One problem I'm having though I notice the call ring is like an outside call coming in and the header information in voicemail is not indicating where the call came from (internally) like it does across the...
I have set up IP trunking between location A w/CM2.2 and location B w/CM3.1.1 - test calls are not leaving location A - getting the following:

15:13:18 active station 1273 cid 0x35a5
