    trouble transfering to vm using call coverage with 9630's

    I have a secretary who recieves her bosses calls after two rings but when she answers she can't transfer the call to the bosses vm. I have set up a feature code of 436 for transfer to voicemail for this to happen but when she hits transfer and 436 she recieves a wave off tone. Any suggestions?

    Bridged appearances on a G350

    I have set-up bridged appearances for a secretary to be able to answer calls for her boss but the secretary would like the ability to have all internal calls ring directly to the bosses phone and all extenal call ring the bosses phone twice and then bounce to the secretarys phone. I can't see...

    Definity G350

    I have a problem with some 9630 phones beeping intermitently while in the on hook state. Has anyone encuntered this before? If so what did you do to rectify the problem?
