    Report Incoming Tele#

    Hello, Can someone tell me how to pull a report base on Caller Tele#? I have the caller number but I can't find in CallPilot report how to generate which Voice Mail box it went to. In my RSI report, it just shown that Telephone xxx.xxx.xxxx went to x7777 (which is my VM DN). Thanks,

    Smart Link 56k Voice Modem String?

    Any one know the String command for Smart Link 56k Voice Modem? With the default string, Initializing modem fail ( Modem did not respond). I am trying to use the Norstar Remote Utility 11.0 for remote management. I have 3 laptops with build in modem on COM-3. All of them fail. Thanks,

    Any one know how to reset custadmin password?

    customer lockout or forgot the custadmin password and now we ca not login with that account. I know the sysadmin password but can not find the custadmin account to reset it. Thanks,

    Can some one help me out how to setup T1, I have E&M Wink circuits on a T1 and the CO is sending me *ANI*DNIS* to show caller ID. As far as Route and IDC table. Nortel 11C Rls 4.5
