We've got a number of 2k tablespace we want to move to the 8k size. Actually, it's all of them. Export / Import is an option if it will work quickly, but traditional imports take 12 hours...
I've got a customer with Oracle 8.1.5 on windoze that's also got reports 6 (i think) running.
I need some help understanding what it's going to take to move to a "New" Windows 2000 server.
Any links to help me get going are appreciated.
I have a customers database server with 8.1.6 and they also have Oracle reports 6 running on it. I don't know anything about Oracle reports.
Can someone tell me how hard it is to move to another server? Anyone recommend good links to discuss?

I used the wizard to create a report and it's made it about 20 inches and I can't seem to make it smaller. If I right click the report, properties the width is 20 inches and when I select anything smaller it just goes back to 20 inches.
Why can't I make it smaller and how ???

How can I tell where a report is getting it's data? I've got a report that I thought was using a query to build off but I've renamed them all and the report still runs...

Can access somehow be linked to outlook to send out an email? For example, if I had a database and wanted emails to go out to a particular email field in one of the tables, is it possible?
