I would like to configure the incoming calls to direct to the operator, then the operator ask to enter extension number of the person who they would like to reach. How can I do this? Thanks in advance.

I messed up the configuration. From outside, the user dialed my main number 571-234-5600 (for example), all the phone rings. It supposed to ask to dial an extension, but it is not, how can i fix this. Emergency reply is needed. Thanks.
