    Hello, Avaya IP Office 500V2 fw 9.1.12 with a bunch of Avaya VoIP and Avaya DECT terminals. Forwarding is NOT working if the phone is NOT physically plugged. Is there any way to forward calls when phone is not connected to IPO unit? Thanks in advance. Regards.
