Strange problem here! A customer bought a used MICS with NAM vmail. Calls that ring directly to a phone forward to mailbox after 4 rings, but calls that come in through the AA forward (or revert back?) to the vmail DN only...caller hears AA greeting, not mailbox. Am I missing something????

Have a MICS ver. 7.0 and callpilot 3.1. Want to set up electronic gate (that used a dn with a ata) to first dial an internal extension ( caretaker's extension and ring maybe 4 times, then dial out automatically to the caretaker's cell phone for complete coverage. Any ideas?
