    Customer has a MICS . They say that it is doing strange things, like when you enter a ext. it goes to a different ext. ? I said that system is old !!!     outside line rollover ?

    Does anyone know if a CICS has the ability to roll outside lines like you pay the phone company to do ? I would like to have the system do it and elimate the 50.00 a month a line that AT&T is charging . Thanks.

    2216 cordless install

    Hi, customer has 2216 cordless he wants on his CICS. I punched it down on DN 28 and won't work. Apparently this one is unlike a 7406 which is just another DN. Can anyone tell me what to do ? Thanks

    Is there a way for a CICS to only show main number or line one number when calling out on a 3 line system ?
