Receptionist too quiet when paging.
Does anyone have any ideas how I can handle this? We most people in our office page, everyone can hear them, but when the receptionist pages, she is very quiet and hard to hear. BB: Wirelessly Sync'ing Address Book
I have been able to get our Blackberries to sync wirelessly with our email and calendars, but I cannot get it to work on the address book. Has anyone been able to get it working? I know that many of our BlackBerries give us the option, but I don't have the option in the BlackBerry Desktop...- saravn

How can a user block outgoing CallerID?
I have a user that asked me how to block our company name from appearing when she makes certain calls. Does anyone know how to do this, or where I should look to see what she needs to dial to do that? We are trying to send out individual callerID via call manager, but it doesn't always work...- saravn
