When its dialed, nothing happens, just sits and waits.
I have tried 911, unknown and my route list, but same...
Is there a maximum number of BONS cards you can install in a SX 200 ICP MX controller. I currently have 8, with 8 licenses, and they do not manufacture the regular ONS/CLASS line card anymore.
I believe I have every option turned on in all form including Form 30. I got to the set which is a 4025, hit the superkey, go to Forwarding but it will never except more then the 4 digits? I have other posts, but am stumped on this one. has to be an easy fix...
I have a BCM 450 R6.0 that has a red status light even after I clear alarms and reset status light. I installed a patch inn June, which was SU 003201101-2. If I do a reboot, it will clear, but always comes back on after an alarm, then will not ever go out. Wondering if anyone has had this...
here is the scenerio, we have Cisco sets that are connected by a PRI to our OPT 61, I can get an inbound call transferred from a digital set over the PRI to cisco, but not the console. All I did to make the sets work is FTTU in CLS, but not sure how to make it work for the console.
I do not have a wake up call button on the console for rooms on a 200 ICP. I have lodging and VM PMS enabled in form 4, and 101 in form 3 for COS option. First time I had a system with the VM PMS option. We are currently not using any PMS, is this the reason?
I have a 5540 IP console with 2 5340 sub attendant sets and it all works great, however, if no one is at the frontdesk, they want to be able to answer the console in an office that can hear it ringing. I know I cannot get the attendant extention in a pickup group, any help would be great!! Thanks..

Just installed 4 new controllers for resillency, and have given the controllers static IP's. However, I can only connect through Lan1 and not Lan2. Never had this trouble before. Cannot even ping the static IP unless I am in Lan 1. Anyone run into this yet?
I have just installed a 200 ICP which has a superconsole 1000 and a 4025 set at the front desk, is there anyway to get both the console and the set to ring on incoming calls? Thanks in advance
I cannot get the IP console to register to ICP. It has worked for 2 years, now it has stopped. Checked all wiring! I have a red light on top left of console, it sees ICP and registers its MAC, but will not get the static IP from the ICP. Tried changing key pad.... still the same.
I have a customer who is insisting on using 9 as a leading digit for his extension numbers because his DID's are in the 9's. When I try to build the set, and assign a number, I get a "?" and when i highlight it, it says that there is a conflict with the delta server. Are there numbers defaulted...
I am migrating an EL to a 200ICP MX, and I am wondering about my DSP resources. I am not using any IP devices, but will have about 400 devices and 400 mailboxes for this resort. Current config for DSP is default as business 1, and only the default DSP, which is 1 dual DSP. Am I going to have to...
