    Norstar MICS PRI Issue

    We switched providers and changed from T-1 to PRI. We are now getting sporadic issues. We upgraded from 1.0 to 4.1 to support the PRI. The Norstar is getting error 42-1 calls are coming in but no outbound. Yesterday calls were intermittenly dropping.

    BCM400 Wallboard Suggestion

    Does anyone know of a good Wallboard service to Use with the BCM400 CallCenter? I have looked at the Symon and Itel and can not decide which would be a better solution.

    Nortel CS1000 Courtesy Phone

    Is there a way to set up a phone on the CS1000 PBX to disconnect or giove a disconnect warning tone after a caller has been on the call for a determinate amount of time?
