I have a customer that wants a circular hunt group set up with 5 ip extensions. When a call rings into the group and rings at an extension. on no answer they want it to go to that extensions mailbox, not the hunt group. Any way of losing the dtmf tones to do this?

I am wondering if I can extend or turn off the silence detect when leaving a message in a voicemail box. It seems to be about 6 seconds before the prompt comes in saying " no sound detected you are now being transfered to the operator"

I have an ACD path with a group with 2 agents. When they log out or go on make busy it still queues to the path until the interflow timer kicks in. How do I get calls to go directly to the interflow position when the agents are logged out or in make busy mode?

I have installed a terminal hunt group with 4 key system lines on 26 phones. At the moment they have to press the line to answer the call. they would like to just lift the handset to answer the call. I'm sure I've had this working before but I don't know how. Any suggestions?

I am running a 3300 r7.1 with YA softphones R 3.3. Calling in or out via the SIP cellullar unit is OK. When transfering a call to a mobile throuth the ECOTEL VoIP unit whether internal or external, there is no speech path. They don't get cut off, there is just no speech path. Any Ideas?

I have a 3300 CXi 7.1 UR3 system. All the phones(10) are 5340s. When someone activates their DND it doesn't show up for about 10 seconds on other supervising handsets. Is this normal? I was hoping it would be pretty instantaneous.

HI, Has anyone been able to hotline analogue extensions to isdn. It's a 3300 7.1. I have tried mucking around with speed dials and ARS. I can only get it to go to internal DNs. The customer has hundreds of speed dials on their fax and they don't want to reprogram it.
