    Outcall feature

    I have an Octel 250. We used to have a voicemail box setup that dialed a cell phone whenever a message was left in the voicemail box. That voicemail box was deleted long ago. Now, we have a need to do the same thing with a different voicemail box. I've tried to set this up but to no avail...

    Listen-only voicemail box

    Can anyone direct me to information on the capabilities and uses of a listen-only mailbox and how they are setup? I poked around on the Avaya site and came up empty handed. I see it listed as Mailbox Type 1 but I can't find any information on it.

    Voicemail won't go out

    I have an Octel 250 with a Definity G3. Someimes, after a user listens to his voicemail messages, his voicemail light remains lit. If I clear amw all [ext number], the light goes out; but, a new voicemail message doesn't re-light the light. I have re-booted the system and the problem goes...
