I wish to have a hunt group with a rad , in case the hunt group is busy , the rad is played until the call is picked up from the hunt group.
I have created a rad, I have created a hg rad type with the vm port inside.
If I call to this HG rad, the rad is played.
but, if the voice hg is busy...

Imagine the follow scenario:
1 x cxi 3300
1 x 5224 as attendant
20 x 5212 as regular extensions
What the customer wants is to have an indication (led key blinking or text in display,...)in the 5224 when the night service is active.
Any idea will be more than welcome.

We are looking for a recording system for a mitel customer. He has a contact center with 35 agents and the want to record all traffic. We have been heard from Red box and ASC Evolite.
Has anyone installed these systems? wich is your opinion? what do you recomend us?
