    Can't Log In to BCM 400

    Hi Folks, I am having a problem logging in to the BCM 400 from LAN 2. Once I see the main menu, I select Configure/System Admin. The system prompts that it is downloading Java Files from the BCM and to wait, but the next window that pops up is just blank! I never get to the login screen...

    Hi, My customer has a BCM 400 with PRI. When they make outgoing calls, the outside called party sees random names of employees wirthin the business instead of the company name! There are no DID lines, so the Telco doesn't have this information...any thoughts?!! Thanks!
